An eco-friendly, happy retro bold geometric, and bright carpet from our 70’s collection of authentic vintage Kilim Boucherouite. Moroccan culture is reflected in the perfection of the weaving art and this rug with geometric design is an explosion of colors. These hippie flat weaves were hand woven by Moroccan Berber tribes in the High Atlas Mountains using a traditional technique and recycled materials. The Kilim Boucherouite rugs are produced by tightly interweaving the warp and weft strands of the weave to produce a flat surface with no pile. They are tapestry woven, technically weft-faced plain weaves, that is, the horizontal weft strands are pulled tightly downward so that they hide the vertical warp strands. This Kilims are perfect for the daily family life, easy to wash and it will provide lots of character in your home decor with this ”wow” effect, really catchy to the eyes.
